Orders above $350 USD, or any orders delivered within South Africa, qualify for free delivery.
Shipping Costs
Orders below $350 USD will incur shipping charges, automatically calculated at checkout and added to your order total.
Courier Service
Local deliveries within South Africa are generally shipped via The Courier Guy. International deliveries are shipped via DHL Express. Kaross reserves the right to use alternative courier services at its discretion.

International Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of South Africa may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond Kaross’ control. Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.
Kaross is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, returns, or abandoned shipments resulting from unpaid customs charges.
If an order is held by customs or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, Kaross cannot issue a refund or reship the order.
