International Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and selected shipping method. Where available, you can choose from the following shipping options:
DHL Express — Duties & Taxes Excluded
Estimated delivery: 4 business days
Duties and taxes are not collected at checkout and may be payable separately upon arrival in the destination country.
FedEx International Priority — Duties & Taxes Included
Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days
Applicable duties and taxes are calculated and included in the total amount payable at checkout.
UPS Worldwide Saver — Duties & Taxes Included
Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days
Applicable duties and taxes are calculated and included in the total amount payable at checkout.
TUNL Economy — Duties & Taxes Included | USA Only
Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days
Available for orders shipping to the United States only. Applicable duties and taxes are calculated and included in the total amount payable at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, international shipping schedules, customs processing, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond Kaross’ control.
Local Shipping Costs & Delivery Times:
Orders delivered within South Africa, qualify for free delivery.
Local deliveries within South Africa are generally shipped via The Courier Guy.
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
Gueteng: 2–3 business days | Cape Town: 3-7 business daysÂ
Kaross reserves the right to use alternative courier services at its discretion.

International Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are handled differently depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
FedEx International Priority, UPS Worldwide Saver & TUNL Economy
When selecting one of these shipping options, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The amount charged for duties and taxes will be displayed separately as part of your checkout total.
This means that the applicable import duties and taxes have been prepaid as part of your order, helping to avoid additional customs charges being collected from you upon delivery.
DHL Express
When selecting DHL Express, duties and taxes are not included in the amount paid at checkout
Orders shipped outside of South Africa may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country.These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond Kaross’ control.
Any duties, taxes or customs charges applicable to a DHL Express shipment are the responsibility of the recipient and may need to be paid directly to DHL or the relevant customs authority before delivery.
Kaross is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, returns, or abandoned shipments resulting from unpaid customs charges.
If a DHL Express order is held by customs or returned due to the recipient’s failure to pay applicable duties, taxes or customs charges, Kaross cannot refund or reship the order.
